SERVICE UPDATES

Medical Services

Testing for COVID-19 is now available to Awabakal Medical patients. If you feel you may have symptoms, please call Awabakal on 4907 8555 and request a test. A Doctor will then call you back and assess if a home visit is appropriate.

The majority of consults are via TeleHealth. GP’s are starting to introduce face to face consults on a case by case basis. Maternal health will be commencing home visits from the 11th May.

Scripts can be requested through a phone consultation. These will be sent to your preferred pharmacy directly after your phone consultation. For elderly or chronically ill patients, our transport team will then collect your prescription and deliver to your door.

Appointments can still be made on 4907 8555. These appointments will be had via the phone until further notice.
